What’s a good name for a fine dining restaurant?

I’m planning to put up a restuarant and I don’t have any names in mind. I’m thinking of names related to the word “food”… or anything that would tell the customers that “hey! we’re all about food here!”

food concept will be european influenced. Sophisticated flavors, artistic plating and presentations. Not too much distractions in the restaurant’s interior. All eyes will be on the food.
if possible… one word only

  2. what style food will you be serving? that might help people come up with names.

Ok…related to food…one word only. How about:

    Gastronomique
    Palate
    Savor
    Assiette (French for “assortment”)

It would also be cool to name it after a spice, if there’s a spice you like to use a lot in your cooking, for instance, Clove, Chicory, Saffron, etc

Or a technique you use: Braise, Chiffonade, Julienne, Render, Saute, etc.

    Good luck!
