On a good night during a 5-6 hour shift I would make about $200 or more. Slow nights was around $100.

depends on how good you are, but a good rule of thumb is you will walk with about 15% of your total sales after tipping out your busser and bar and foodrunner. So if your sales are $1000, you should make $150. Ask your fellow servers what thier average sales are during the week and on the weekends. Good luck
